About Me
Over the past 20+ years, I’ve built technology platforms and led teams across environments ranging from large Wall Street firms to fast-moving startups, where priorities moved quickly and there was never a shortage of complexity.
Along the way, I found myself increasingly drawn helping individuals think more clearly, operate more effectively, and navigate growing responsibilities without burning themselves out. Seeing the impact that kind of support could have is what ultimately motivated me to explore coaching more intentionally.
To build on that experience, I completed my ADHD and Executive Function Coach training through the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA), one of the leading coach training programs focused on ADHD and executive functioning. This training, combined with years of leading, mentoring, and supporting people in complex environments, continues to shape how I approach coaching today.
Why I Coach
Over time, I started noticing a consistent pattern at work, school, and day-to-day life. Highly capable people putting in real effort, often more effort than necessary, but not seeing the level of impact they were aiming for. From the outside things often looked fine, but it felt harder than it should. It wasn’t about motivation, effort or ability. What stood out to me was how much of a difference it made when people had systems that aligned with how their brains operated.
In my work, I helped both neurodiverse and neurotypical individuals translate their capabilities into consistent, real-world outcomes. I worked closely with people as they navigated growing responsibilities, shifting roles, and increasing complexity while helping them find ways to operate more effectively in real situations. Seeing that shift firsthand is what led me to focus on coaching.
How I Help
I work with my clients as partners. Together, we explore how they naturally think, prioritize, manage their time and attention, and follow through on what matters to them. The focus isn’t on doing more or trying harder, but on creating systems that feel sustainable and support consistent follow-through in day-to-day life.
We work with real situations - whether it’s managing multiple responsibilities, handling transitions, or getting started and staying on track. My role (in most cases) is not to instruct or prescribe solutions but to create the space for reflection, clarity, and experimentation. Through that we identify patterns, test approaches, and refine what works. Over time this helps my clients build a deeper understanding of how they operate and develop systems that are their own, practical, adaptable, and effective in real life.
